Which WHMCS and PHP versions are supported?
WHMCS 8.9 or later (tested on 9.0), PHP 8.1 or later with cURL, OpenSSL, mbstring and json, ionCube Loader 14 or later, and MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+.
Do I need my own AI key?
Only for the AI tools. Security, billing and maintenance tools work without a key. For AI you need at least one API key from DeepSeek (recommended), OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini. You pay the provider directly, see the cost of each call, and the Cost and Budget tool lets you set alerts and a hard cap.
Will the AI reply to my clients without my approval?
Only if you choose that. Every new tool installs switched off, the admin ticket assistant writes into the reply box only, and Auto Ticket Reply and the Human Support Agent can run in a review mode where drafts wait in the Approval Queue.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Locked tools are visible with a lock icon showing the plan they need. When you change plans, your data and settings are kept and tools unlock or lock accordingly.
What if the licence server cannot be reached?
The module honours the last successful licence check for 7 days, then falls back to Free. Your data and settings are never deleted.
Which languages does the admin area support?
English, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese and Russian. Arabic displays right to left.
How do updates work?
The module checks for new releases daily. To upgrade, upload the new files over the old ones. Your licence key and settings are kept and new database tables are created automatically.
