To prevent a domain name from renewing, you need to:

  • Log in to Client Area
  • Head to Domain Renewals from within your account.
  • Locate the domain you don't want to renew and select 'Options' > 'Cancel Auto-Renew'. 

This will prevent the domain from renewing.
