CPU core(s) can be loaded up to 90% of capacity, bursting up to 100% for no more than 59 minutes. If you exceed this limit, our system will take appropriate actions to avoid CPU abuse by decreasing your CPU capacity by 10% per hour. Also, your CPU usage should not have an effect on the performance of the server node.
