AraTheme — Buying, Licence Key & Download

This guide explains what happens from the moment you order AraTheme until you have your licence key and the files in hand.

1. Order

  1. Open the AraTheme page in our Marketplace and click Buy, or go straight to the order link: order AraTheme. The first-year price of $99 is applied automatically by the promotion code in the link.
  2. Sign in to your AraHoster account, or create one during checkout.
  3. Check the order summary: AraTheme for WHMCS, billed annually, $99 today, renewal $149 per year.
  4. Choose a payment method, accept the terms and complete the order.

One licence covers one WHMCS installation. If you run a separate staging or development copy, it needs its own active key — open a ticket and ask about a staging key.

2. Your licence key

As soon as the payment is received, the licence is created automatically. You find the key here:

  1. Sign in at me.arahoster.com.
  2. Go to Services → My services and open AraTheme for WHMCS.
  3. The service page shows your licence key (four groups of letters and numbers, for example XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX), the renewal date and the download button.

Keep the key private. It is bound to the first WHMCS installation that activates it.

3. Download the files

On the same service page click Download. You get aratheme-x.y.z.zip (x.y.z is the version). Inside the zip:

  • upload/ — the three folders that go into your WHMCS root folder.
  • INSTALL.txt — the short installation steps.
  • README.md and CHANGELOG.md — technical notes and the version history.

4. Refund

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Open a ticket from your client area. After a refund the licence is cancelled and AraTheme stops on your site (WHMCS goes back to its own theme).

5. Renewal

The licence renews every year at $149. WHMCS sends the renewal invoice before the due date, and the theme manager shows a reminder 30 days before the end. Pay the invoice and the licence continues without any action on your side. Details are in Licence, renewals and one-click updates.
